Our purpose is to work for the welfare of school children, the advancement of education, and the improvement of instructional opportunities by providing progressively better educational opportunities for all.

As a union we seek to advocate for the entirety of our membership for outstanding working conditions, meaningful professional development opportunities and a respectful and inclusive school environment. Our goals as an organization allow us to grow as professionals and to provide the very best for our students and the community at large."
